Information we receive
When you contact us we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, company, location, preferred contact method, service requested, project description and commercial project details you choose to provide. If offered, a tender PDF may also be attached. This website does not request marketing consent or send marketing by default.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to your request, discuss or prepare for the work you describe, and maintain a record of the conversation. The expected basis is taking steps at your request before a contract or our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. If a contract follows, relevant information may be used to perform it and meet legal obligations.
Website and technical data
Hosting and security systems may process technical request information, including IP address and server logs, for availability, abuse prevention and security. The site uses the necessary connect.sid session cookie for administrator authentication, lasting up to 7 days, and stores your cookie preference in browser local storage for up to 180 days. No analytics or marketing trackers are currently installed.
Storage, retention and providers
Enquiries and tender attachments are stored in the application database and application storage. Retention information supplied for business review: Website enquiries and their uploaded tender documents are normally deleted two calendar months after submission. A warning is sent to info@atlanticdrylining.co.uk at least seven days before deletion. Automated checks run while the website is active; idle hosting can delay warnings and deletion beyond the target date. Overdue records and delayed warnings receive a full seven-day warning window before deletion. If warning acceptance cannot be confirmed, deletion is held for review. This schedule covers website records and uploads, not copies already in email inboxes or separate business records retained for lawful purposes.
Processor and transfer information supplied for business review: [CONFIRM HOSTING, STORAGE, EMAIL PROCESSORS AND TRANSFER SAFEGUARDS]
Your rights and data requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Contact us using the details above. We aim to respond within one month of receiving a valid request; applicable law may allow an extension for complex or multiple requests, in which case we will explain this within the initial period.
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) using the official ICO complaints service. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request.
Updates and review
This notice should be reviewed whenever website processing or providers change. Atlantic should confirm all business facts and obtain appropriate legal review; this page is not a guarantee of legal compliance.
